Privacy Policy
Diamond Blades Unlimited does not share/disclose any customer information outside of our office with the exception of sharing your shipping information with manufacturers for the purpose of Direct Shipping! All of your Personal Information and Credit Card Information are kept Confidential!
Ordering
- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.
- 7% Sales Tax will be added to Residents of California.
- We will ship C.O.D.; standard UPS C.O.D Charge will be applied.
- We will only accept Money Order or Certified Check for Payment on C.O.D. Orders.
Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within Two Business Days after receiving your order. Most orders will ship by the next business day. We ship all orders FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or US Post Office Priority Mail. If you have a preference or require Special Shipping Instructions e.g. Next Day, 2nd Day, please indicate at the time of your order either by phone or email.
We will contact you by phone if any of the products that you have ordered are on Back Order!
SHIPPING RATES:$10.00 – All orders totaling less than $200.00
$15.00 – All orders totaling between $201.00 and $500.00
$25.00 – All orders totaling between $501.00 and $1000.00
The shipping charge for all orders of 1-3 diamond blades sizes 4” to 8” will ship USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL for $6.00; presently you will be charged $10.00, the $4.00 difference in shipping cost will be refunded to your credit card. We apologize for the inconvenience, our varying shipping costs and discounts can't always be reflected through the site shopping cart so this our only way of providing our customers with the best value. Thank you for your Business!
All orders totaling more than $1000.00 will receive a shipping quote at the time of order!
We will contact you to confirm the order and determine the method of shipping shortly after the order is submitted. All order costs will be confirmed before shipping.
All orders of Fifty or more Diamond Blades will be shipped Free of Charge!

Return Policy
We will accept returns on all orders up to 45 Days after your receipt of your order! Please call ahead to explain the reason for your return! We do ask that all return orders be shipped in the condition in which they are received and in their original packaging! Also, we ask that you pay the cost for Return Shipping unless reason for return is due to our error! Also, if your reason for return is because the diamond blade(s) that you ordered is defective or damaged we will be responsible for Return Shipping! In addition, we will ship you out a replacement diamond blade! Manufacturer Drop Ship items are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee! Please include a copy of the packing list with the return! Any refunds due will be issued by check upon satisfactory receipt of Returned Product(s)!
Cancellation Policy
Please call (800) 307-3164, (951) 818-0168 if you decide to cancel your order! If your order has already been shipped we ask that you be responsible for Return Shipping! Also, if your credit card has already been charged you will receive your refund through either your credit card or by check!
